Overview:

Quality Tracking System is a web based intranet module.

It tracks the work qualityOf the

employee and also the team.

This will allow the admin to create the Process. For one Process there

will be one Team Lead under team lead there will be Sr.associates and

under Sr.associates there will be associates. Team Lead can track the

quality of the work of both Sr.associates and associates and

Sr.associates can track the associate's work quality.

Admin can change the Process, roles & status of an employee. Team Lead

can assign the work for the both Sr.associates & associates.

Sr.associates can assign the work for the associates. Quality Tracking

System will track the quality of the work as Team wise, Sr.associates

wise and associates wise.

Phase1 of the check list will be filled by the preparer and the

Phase1 will be reviewed by the Sr.associates if there any

modifications then Sr.associates will submit the Phase1 check list as

Phase2 check list. Team Lead will review the submitted checklist by

the Sr.associates. Manager can view all the reports of the processes.

The Quality of the person and team will be tracked for 15th of every

month and best quality person and team will get the cash

award for every month.Quality of work is showing by generating the

reports using the Asp.Net control Grid View.
