Ohio Licensed P&C and Life. Marketed and sold auto, home, life and
commercial insurance to prospective clients. Managed a 1.2 million dollar
book of business. Cross sells and up sell diversified products to
clientele. Developed a marketing strategy that promoted a 12 percent
growth in the agency in two years. Increased life sales in the agency by
over 200 percent. Implemented a post-sale retention strategy that
increased the retention in the agency by 8 percent.
(2003-Present) Educational Consultant, True Believer, Inc., Cleveland

Provide assessment and consultation in the areas of assessment, academic
achievement, and personal development, with emphasis on the disparities in
urban public education.
Serve as the Executive Director for not-for-profit with emphasis on
directing the provision of services to student clients including
recruitment, academic advisement, tutoring, instruction, dual enrollment,
financial aid, service learning, and internships.

Managed the relationship with external stakeholders such as high schools,

Managed the small school initiative at an urban public school. Created
partnerships between education and business leaders to address the need to

Award winning video documentary of the history of African-Americans at
