Authored (sole author/inventor) of seven patents (C/C++) in cybersecurity

for 32-bit and 64-bit Microsoft operating systems. Co-author/inventor of an

eighth patent on computer security. Awarded 6 patents, 2 pending at this

time. Currently awarded the most cybersecurity patents in the United

States as a "sole inventor/author" (5 patents awarded as "sole

inventor/author", with 2 more pending approval).

Designed (invented) and managed the project (AGILE) regarding ?next

required no traditional anti-virus/anti-malware and successfully managed

all projects deploying those solutions within the White House WMD

personnel and P&L (Profit and Loss). Managed all projects and services,

which includes the Cyber Attack Reporting Center (CARC) that monitors

customers world wide from Israel to the United States, the Cyber Attack

Reporting Server (CARSvr), the Cyber Attack Reporting Station (CARS) and

the Cyber Attack Instant Messenger (CAIM) for both traditional networks and

CLOUD computing. The CARS is designed to intercept all TCP/IP WINSOCK
