Executive Summary
With the Certified Computer Program I have done with the University of Mauritius, I have an intermediate/
advance level in MS office and Microsoft Access. I also know how to create a webpage with linkage and
hyperlink. I also had the opportunity to know how to use the Quickbooks program with my course study in
Accounting. I have developed some experience in MYOB and Vettrak during my internships. I am ready to
learn more and gain more experience and skills.
I worked as an Intern in Kingston College in Perth as a volunteer first. Then they offered me a casual
position in Administration by doing data entry, answering phone calls and sometimes do some accounting
job.
With the Telecom Company internship program, I was trained on how to communicate with people face to
face and deal with problems. I was also trained on how to do customer care service on phone. I had done a
lot of interaction with customers.

Computer Skills:
Dec 2003 there was a free program organized called Computer Proficiency Program (University Of
Mauritius) where I learn all the Microsoft office and Microsoft access.
During my first semester in Curtin 2007, I have again been to a computer course called I nformation
System. I learned the Quickbooks program. During my post-grad course, I learned how companies evolved
in the market change in Capstone unit.
In my Internship, I learned how to use Vettrak which is another program in Administration and
Accounting. They showed me how to use it and how to store data. It stored a lot of data and can retrieve
data quickly.
