In boiler (Water Wall Panel) a number of tubes are joined together by a process of Gas Metal Arc Welding(GMAW).Here we came across the difficulties faced in welding, and these difficulties have ultimate impact on quality of furnace walls produced by this machine .work involved here is to reduce the rework of these panels by eliminating the hurdles and errors in that machines, thus improving the quality of furnace walls produced and improving the process capability .
