Managed Production lines, consisting of (2) 1 gallon filling lines. Total personnel headcount: 16

Originally came to Waters of America through Manpower as Production Line Leader. At that time production was scheduled

for (6) 12+ hour days. Production efficiency was averaging around 45% - 50%. Upon departure was efficient 85% - 95%.

Manage all operations of the business; i.e. total man hours and attendance, raw material and finished good inventory

targets, overall monthly expenditures, production reliability, customer order requirements, SQF and GMP compliances,

employee evaluations, disciplinary procedures, etc. Worked with QA Department toward monitoring correct date codes,

packaging, customer specifications, proper UV influence, ozone levels, PH and TDS.

Placed painted and chromed automotive bumpers onto racks, transported racks to final finish department. Transported

completed bumpers into trailers for shipment. Gather and either stack empty racks outside in the lot or bring inside and
