. Was part of a three member team which orchestrated OEM Tier 1 Supplier
Plastech takeover of exterior side of business. This consisted of the

business to Decoma divisions, transfer and extraction of $25 million in
assets.
. Parachuted into Decoma Injection Molding facility of 300 employees as
operations manager. Facility
required turnaround process which consisted of employee evaluation,

appearance, revamp the repair/ maintenance and program management
