Professional Experience

SONAR Entertainment, Manager of Office Services 1997 to 2015

SONAR Entertainment develops, produces and distributes made-for-television movies, miniseries and other television

programming worldwide and is the leading provider of new long-form television content in the United States.

Currently I manage SONAR's New York office directing all aspects of purchasing, facility maintenance, event

execution and liaison with the office building management.

Purchasing - I am solely responsible for purchasing office, janitorial, toner and pantry supplies for SONAR's

offices in New York and Los Angeles. Beyond the actual process of ordering and stocking these supplies I

am constantly negotiating with vendors for their rock bottom best price.

Shipping - I am responsible for all ingoing and outgoing packages and mail to the New York office. That

includes US & overseas mail, daily Federal Express, United Parcel, messengers and outside shipping

services.

Office Services - I manage all outside office services including air conditioning maintenance, copy and fax

machine repair & maintenance, janitorial cleaning services, paper shredding services, large garbage

removal, water coolers, plant maintenance and extermination services.

Offsite storage - I solely oversee 3 offsite storage facilities.

Building Liaison - I am the point person for all contact and communication with the building management

including: security, building passes, rent, heat and lobby relations.

Office Management - I organize and order food for office functions, set up conference rooms, stock kitchen

& pantry supplies, meet and greet guests, oversee office repairs (electricians, plumbers, etc) and execute

minor office repairs (hang pictures, change light bulbs, put together furniture & touch up paint).

Fire Safety - I spearhead fire drills, designate floor marshals, execute emergency evacuation and inspection

of safety equipment and extinguishers.

Office Construction - I coordinate all contractors and schedule construction times.

Office Relocation - Responsible for all elements of office relocation and downsizing. Three years ago moved

office from Sixth Avenue to current space on West 55th. Currently downsizing and moving from full upper

floor to partial lower floor.

Wise Contact Us, Shipping Associate 1990 to 1996

Wise Contact US was a major distributor of optical products including eye glasses, frames and contact lenses.

During my tenure at Wise Contact Us I was responsible for product shipment from inventory, packaging, dispatching,

invoicing and tracking the entire cycle.

Invoicing - I was responsible for invoicing all products that were shipped from the facility.

Inventory & Shipping - Ordered and pulled stock then packaged, shipped and tracked product(s) to their

final destination.
