. Provide administrative support as required for the Director of

Operations to deliver specific planned and ad hoc projects within set

time scales.

. Identify opportunities to improve the way the Administration functions

operate and the service provided to all departments.

. Proactively keep all relevant people informed of progress made against

deadlines.

. Accountable for producing reports to validate or summarize progress of

Director of Operations activity.
