CREDINTIALS

Extensive background in Human Resources Management; with focus on

recruitment of call center individuals. Responsibilities were as follows,

but not limited to; Employee recruitment and retention, staff

development, mediation of employees, conflict resolution, benefits and

compensation, HR records management, policies and procedures while

staying legally compliant. Completed two week training in Utah for

Human Resources Manager - Imperial Recovery Services 2010 - 2014

Hired for the startup of Imperial Recovery Services. As the HR Manager, I was

responsible for all company personnel. Prepared and maintained company

handbook and implemented all policies and procedures, Recruitment of all exempt

and nonexempt personnel, new-employee orientation and training, completed all

exit interviews, counseling and disciplinary action on all employees, employee

morale, maintained all employee records and benefit packages, ensured legal

compliance by implanting federal and state regulations, wage regulation.

Laborer's Union of MN, Human Resources / Field Safety 2008 - 2010

Traveled with the pipeline providing onsite HR and Safety Management

Recruited through the Union in whatever state we may have been traveling through,

guiding the main office and management of a full spectrum of HR operations,

systems and programs. Worked with senior management to create HR policies and

procedures; created all JSA’S (Job Safety Analysis) for TG MERCER; create and

develop orientation, handled all HR generalist workplace issues.

Key Results:

Played a key role in ensuring the successful launch of the kick off for the pipeline.

Structured and implemented programs and policies in the areas of training,

incentives and new-employee orientation. Brought workers’ compensation

program into full compliance. Instituted preferred providers list and trained

managers and associates on procedures to follow in case of injury. Wrote employee

manual covering issues including disciplinary procedures, code of conduct, FMLA

policy and benefits information. Introduced company’s first formal performance

review program, creating a flexible and well-received tool that was later adopted

company-wide.

Leading Physical Therapy Company employing 80 professionals, with 7 different

locations in the Kansas City area.

Hired to fulfill a broad range of HR functions, including recruiting and training

employees, administering benefits, overseeing disciplinary action and managing

HR records. Resolved conflicts between clients and insurance carriers, coordinated

health fairs to promote employee wellness and performed exit interviews.

Key Results:

Responsible for opening and closing of the Doctors Office.

Devised creative and cost-effective incentive and morale-boosting programs

(including special events and a tiered awards structure) that increased employee

satisfaction and productivity.

Reworked new-hire orientation program to include HR information and company

resources.

Saved company thousands of dollars every month by reducing reliance on

employment agencies. Brought the majority of formerly outsourced recruiting

functions in-house to reduce billable hours from 200+ to less than 15 per month.

SOS Staffing Services - Branch Manager 2004 - 2006

Responsible for overseeing the staffing needs for over 75 companies in North

Kansas City. On-Site at Folgers Coffee Company. Top producing office in Kansas

City.

house training of employees for the company owner. Was sent to Virginia Beach to

learn our new computer software and was responsible for returning and training

over 3o in house employees.
