maintain concrete cubes compressive strength test register, slump test

register, steel tensile strength register, water test, soil

investigation report etc.

. Ensure cleanliness, properly stacking of materials in correct places

and sanitation methods at sites to provide a good environment for

working.

. Technical handover of plumbing, electrical, woodwork etc. in perfect

working condition.

. Checking of steel reinforcement as per design and shuttering as per

form work plan.

. Ensuring that material, labour and equipment are used efficiently to

meet production targets.

. Co-ordinating with the other staffs as per requirement.

. Attending the clients meeting regarding the status of the work.

. Train the new employees.

. Provide accurate and timely reports with a focus on risk management.

. Ensuring safety measures at site, wearing helmets, safety belts,

providing barricades around lift openings and OTS. Checking

periodically ELCB to avoid electrical hazards, running temporary lines

through conduit pipes in ceiling, using plug tops, providing safety

nets in scaffolding, ensure the stability of scaffolding at regular

intervals, taking preventive care during operating hoist, checking the

props and bracings of formwork before concreting, providing shoring

near adjacent buildings while during mass earthworks, methods and

preventive care to be followed while doing STP and drainage works.

. Driving a team of multidisciplinary professionals and liaising with

the client at all stages of the project for securing approvals,

finalization of specifications, reporting process and final handover.
