Manages and prepares all GAAP financial statements for audits by Big 4, regional or local accounting firms in
addition to required tax documentation. Manages Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, General
Ledger and payroll functions, as well as the Collections Manager and Human Resources Director. Works with
CEO to develop and present budgets and forecasting.
Manages cash flow from subscription based (deferred revenue) contracts with Fortune 500 firms and
advertising agencies.
Played a Key Role in a Private Equity Purchase Process
Directed the financial aspects of a private equity firm purchase in collaboration with the CEO,
President, investment bankers, and a team of attorneys.
During an intense 6 month period, provided all financial input to the Confidential Information
Memorandum (CIM) and Data Room for potential buyers.
Presented the company’s financial status to potential buyers, which included industry
competitors and private equity firms from across the United States.
Responded to financial due diligence requests from final round prospects; worked directly
with buyers’ Transaction Advisory Group to provide information on accounting procedures, policies

plans as well as supplemental insurance programs. Started company flu vaccine program.
