Post approval duties include verifying relevant information provided by customer
After verification carefully approve case and generate account number and credit card number
Coordinate with sales to verify customer’s information
Coordinate with credit department for approvals
Prescreening documents if all documents are correct enter into the system if not decline case to
sales coordinator.
Entering data accurately onto computerized databases.

Scanning documents in to the Document Management System (DMS).

FINANCIAL SERVICES CAREER
Creating, Tracking and Researching of Securities (Equity, Bonds, Mutual Funds etc.) in the
company’s database to be traded by the Trade Desks in US
Tracking of Symbol changes, Listings & Delisting of Equities in the Stock Exchanges.
Identify the effect on Securities by the Corporate Actions
Research on Corporate Actions taken towards different firms, and identify the effect on
securities. Modifications shall be done to the Securities portfolio of the clients if any deviations
identified.
Sourcing prices from approved sources an all securities appearing in the reports
Research Bloomberg, Telekurs, and Thomson to secure prices if not available from vendor or
trader sources.
Pricing securities in our internal system FPM [Firm Price Management] ensuring the price is
maintained for 35 days.
Deletion of securities which are manually priced if vendor feed is available consistently so that
the manual intervention would be less.
Contacting respective pricing sources to check for price variance +/– 4% for confirmation.
Providing information to the originators through STAR for requests raised for DOD Valuations,
Missing, Incorrect & Historical Prices.
Handling Email requests for any pricing information needed.
Handling all escalations of Missing & Incorrect price in the client statements. Providing on-the–
job training for new joiners. Doing Quality check for the work done by others.
