budget.

• Responsible for 900 union employees 62 management and support staff, 3PL warehouses, and logistical services.

• Responsible for fleet of 400 tractors and 1000 trailers, including 3rd party carriers, international containers, and

equipment pooling. Responsible for all regulations and DOT compliances.

• Managed operations of five warehouses with a total of 1.7 million square feet of dry, refrigerated, and cooler space

with a $45 million budget including employee coaching, safety, action plans, project management, quality

improvement, and targeted efficiencies.
