EXPERIENCE
Senior Manager –Program Administration/Financial Planning &Analysis August 2014 to Present

Within two months of coming onboard, took on the additional responsibilities of the Director of Finance Planning and Analysis
following his abrupt departure. After three months in the role, was integral in exceeding 2014 gross margin target by 9% on year
end revenue of $250M by identifying cost and schedule drivers and managing project efficiencies to minimize COGS.
Implemented a repeatable process, where none existed prior, to accurately forecast revenue, operating income, working capital
and cash flow within 3% of actual performance. Simultaneously manage a portfolio worth $40M consisting of three specific
customer programs for General Electric, General Atomics and NASA to improve gross margin by an average of 6%. Lead and
support briefings to senior executives on sales performance, business development opportunities and P&L/balance sheet
performance. Prepare audit-ready budgets and schedules detailing future funding requirements, and provide risk analyses to
identify and clear hurdles so as to maximize operating cash flow. Interact frequently with internal and external senior executive
leaders providing feedback and recommendations regarding business performance, operational decisions, scheduling
requirements and contractual clarifications.

Led all financial operations reporting directly to the CFO. Remedied the corporate ledger from sufferi ng four months of neglect
after predecessor’s abrupt departure. Created a robust financial reporting system to accurately track, manage and predict balance
sheet and P&L performance on a weekly basis. Prepared all financial documentation used in presentations to court investors,
woo clients and inform CEO. Implemented internal controls and repeatable processes to provide the highest level of security
and efficiency for all banking operations and HR functions. Increased cash flow by reducing AR aging from $2M at 180 days to
