Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between the WWCI Project Manager/Team Leader and local
jurisdictional response agencies including fire, hazmat, EMS, law enforcement &
OEM. Coordinates and assists public and private partners with establishing,
maintaining and implementing ICS structure, scene management and operations.
Work closely with WWCI Team Leaders to ensure HSE Equipment compliance is
consistent with HSE Management System
Work Experience: Advises local responders of the safety requirements of the operation, including
statutory requirements, WWCI policy & procedures, clients’ requirements in liaison
with the HSE Department, and industry best practice. Implements, and manages
the WWCI Environmental Health and Safety Program and the Site Safety Plan for
well control projects. Serves as the project site safety officer in compliance with 29
CFR 1910.120 (q).Reviews well control emergency response plans with local
response agencies. Trains and assists with orientation to ICS, Well Control
Incident Management and fire schools for local responders.

Job Title: HSE Coordinator
Responsibilities: Provide technical health, safety, and environmental guidance to BTI & WWCI.
Work closely with General and Operations managers to ensure HSE compliance
throughout the region. Travel to for HSE training, customer interface, and field
operations to support the growth and success of both BTI & WWC. Serve as
primary technical equipment expert for BTI & WWCI Coordinate with the HSE
Managers for BTI Services and Wild Well Control on goals and initiatives
pertaining to HSE equipment maintenance, sourcing, and calibration.
Work Experience: Oversee the daily HSE and regulatory compliance programs. Coordinate all safety
compliance, training, and internal consultation services for the corporation.
Responsible for the design, development and implementation of HSE, training and
emergency readiness programs
Advise and consult to management on occupational safety, and regulatory

Responsibilities: Emergency Response & Safety Inspections for all of DOW Chemical Freeport TX.
Respond to emergency medical and fire- rescue incidents. Oversee fire deluge &
smoke detection systems as well as emergency response equipment. Implement
HSE standards through the facility & approve work permits.
Work Experience: Serve as coordinator for corporate emergency response activities; Implement and
monitor HSE compliance programs; Facilitate hazard and risk assessments, safety
case submissions, and design studies for new technology, and “best practices”
Firefighting including structural and process for Dow Chemical & neighboring
