smooth as possible. Assist them with activities of daily living etc. If needed will also fill in

as the unit clerk as well. Helping direct visitors to the proper locations, answering phone,

etc.

Clinical associate: making sure that patient satisfaction stayed at an all time high. Made

follow up phone calls to patients who were discharged to make sure that they were still

doing okay. Helping the unit run successfully.
