M/s. MELCO INDIA PVT LTD :- Working as Site Incharge. Responsible for Ash

handing system site under MIPL at CGPL Ultra Mega Power Project (800MW*5)

Thermal Power Plant at Tunda, Vand, Mundra Gujarat.

• Operation & Maintenance of Ash Handling Plant ( Bottom Ash & Fly Ash system as

Evacuation (at 800 MW Unit Site)

• Supervising all type running operation & maintenance of the system. Preventive

maintenance scheduling, Overhaul works etc.

• Major auxiliaries are :- Blowers. Compressors. various fans. Pumps. Mixers. Dust

conditioners Silos. Bag filter system etc.

• Maintenance of records such as History register. daily / monthly reports, manpower

utilization reports & there on job training.

M/s. A.B.U Construction :- Working as Site In charge. Responsible for handing the site

under ABU Construction at MSPGCT's Thermal Power Plant at

Khaperkheda.

• Operation & Maintenance of Ash Handling Plant ( Dry Fly as Evacuation & HCSD

System (High Concentration Slurry Disposal System at 210 MW Unit Site)

• Supervising all tire running operation & maintenance of the system. Preventive

maintenance scheduling, Overhaul works etc.

• Major auxiliaries are :- GEHO Pump. Blowers. Compressors. various fans. Pumps.

Mixers. Dust conditioners Silos. Bag filter system etc.

• Maintenance of records such as History register. daily / monthly reports, manpower

utilization reports & there on job training.

• Successfully executed the work of erection & commissioning of Ash Handling system

( Vacuum based) at Khaperkheda TPS site (500 Mw Unit)

• Erection and commissioning of air pressurized reject coal system at Khaperkheda

TPS site (500 MW Unit).

• Fabrication and erection of CW Pipe line at Khaperkheda TPS site (500 MW Unit)

• Maintenance various types of valves, disposal pipe lines, Slurry Pumps etc.

• Manufacturing & Servicing of U.P.S. & various types of stabilizer.

ACHIEVEMENTS:-

• Rectified the preventive maintenance schedules, which suits for carrying out proper

maintenance & avoiding the breakdowns. This also helped in increasing the

availability of the auxiliaries.

• Modified the Silo fluidizing system which helped in evacuation of ash from the silo.

• Modification in the GEHO Pump suction system.
