Had P&L responsibility for 3 SmartBear acquisitions (AlertSite, ALM and Lucierna) with
yearly billings of $18 Mi llion. The acquisitions had products focused on Application
Performance Monitoring and Application L ifecycle Management; utilizing both Windows
and Linux stacks. I was a hands on leader with a team of 45 people across multiple
d isciplines and locations; QA, development, U I/UX, IT operations, project management,
and product management. As a team, we created and executed a sales and customer
focused product roadmap to combine products to a single product offering while re-aligning
t he technology stack. The product strategy included: mobile (IOS and Android), SaaS, and
On-premise offerings and was developed with Sales and Marketing to ensure continuous
revenue recognition.
• Improved SaaS customer retention to 90% by improving support processes,
customer communication and customer activity t racking utilizing Google Analytics,
M arketo, and Application Data Mining.
• Lowered product delivery cost by 10% creating new controls around the
application delivery network which consisted of 80 locations and 450 servers.
W hile migrating the product from a t raditional hosted model to an in ternal
