are worth 8-10 Million USD per year.
Led an assessment team to evaluate the existing legacy applications and then drew As-Is Process maps, and ToBe
Process maps, charted down the requirements into 3 sections Mandatory, Required, and Nice To Have. Based on this
vendor responses were called for. We evaluated and graded the responses and had top five vendors for demo and
discuss their products on SaaS model. Built the Evaluation Matrix to evalu ate the products during demo by the vend or.
Based on the rankings in the Matrix we provided the recommenda tion to the client for both their HCM and Financial

commerce firm developed a roadmap and later executed the redesigning of the financial systems including
redesigning of the CoA. And its integration to the Hyperion Financial Management for Financial reporting. This led to
