Position: Lean Sigma Black Belt & Supply Chain Engineer

Instruct classes for selected employees in Lean Six Sigma methodology and principles in Latin

American countries such as Brazil, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica, and Mexico. Consistently recognized

with excellent evaluations.

Coach and direct Green Belts and Lean Technicians in Lean Sigma Methodology across several

organizations in the above mentioned Latin American countries to support certification.

Lead and manage strategic improvement projects in Latin America and Durban. Utilize DMAIC

variability in demand, and replenishment leads times.

based on customer orders.

Work with outside sales on developing new opportunities for VMI, and then oversee the execution

piece of VMI by developing collaborative forecasts and production schedules

Ensure a process to monitor an accurate view of slow moving and obsolete (smo) inventories, and

implement actions to reduce smo within the entire supply chain.
