Understanding manpower Requirement
Client Relations
1Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment of professionals at different levels.
2Acting as a single point of contact (SPOC) b/w the client & candidate in regards to interview
schedule, communicating the interview feedback, submission of documents & reference checks
etc.
3I have been assigned the responsibility of handling Manpower requirements for reputed
multinational companies.I also have knowledge in other function of HR such as joining formalities.
4My profile involves gaining the comprehensive view of the clients manpower requirement by
understanding the company's business, understanding the details of the current job opening in
terms of responsibilities, work profile, eligibility criteria's, behavioural criterions for evaluating a

Academic Projects done during PG program in Business Analytics
1 A comparative study on Ketamine, Clonidine and combination of both Ketamine Clonidines for the
prevention of shivering following Anesthesia. In the study the total number of patients has been
divided in four different groups. Group A receives only ketamina, group B receives only clonidine,
Group C receives combination of both drug and group D which receives only Placebo. Statistical
test like Anova, chi square, and Paired t –test has been applied to find out the effect of these drugs
in the prevention of shivering.
2 Vodka Blend Test Project .The Marketing team would want to do a Blind Test of the two new
blends vs. the one in the market among regular consumers of vodka. The blind test would be
done among “Own” brand (Smirnoff) drinkers and important competition brand (Fuel and Magic
Moments) drinkers. Decision to be taken on which blend of vodka is to be considered for
replacement of the existing blend present in the market . Techniques like Regression, Multiple
regressions has been used in the project.
3 To understand the characteristics of red wine and white wine and how different ingredients
affects the quality of the wine. Basically I tried to find how the different ingredients like residual
sugar, Chloride, So2, PH, sulphide and alcohol content will affect the quality of red and white
wine.
4 Reviews of smart phone (Microsoft Lumia 535) using text analysis techniques. I tried to find
whether the review given by the reviewers about the phone is good or bad. Word cloud and
clustering has been used to know the performance of the phone in the market.
