• Duties included processing applications and data entry, collection and scrutiny of documents and

passports at the Application centre. General Administrative Duties. Handover of Passports to the

specific High Commission and/or its consulates, handover of passports to Courier/Applicants,

handling of postal applications. Tracking of passports, handling customer queries in person, by email

and on the telephone, fee collection and cash handling, preparing reports for day to day transactions.

Carrying out general administrative duties to a high standard. I also work closely with the Home

Office in helping to facilitate interviews between students wanting to obtain and extend their student

visas.I am currently responsible for operating the Leeds Visa office predominantly used to facilitate interviews

between the Home office and Tier 1 and 4 students.

Face to Face Quality Monitor Sept 2013–June

Visiting venues across the UK where I was monitoring the data security, customer experience and

compliance of the banks Face to Face channel. Once my visits had been undertaken I drafted reports

for key stakeholders highlighting any issues or concerns and making suggestions on how the

application process and customer experience could be improved, In this role I had to manage and

organise my time effectively to visit all venues.

New Business Sales Executive Oct 2011–June 2014

Working as a new business sales executive acting as a first point of contact for new customers. I was

responsible for creating new accounts, cross-selling Vanquis products. After consistently exceeding

sales targets, I was moved to the Sales team exclusively selling products and services to existing

customers .Ultimately achieving high quality sales targets every month while also, responding to

general enquiries and ultimately ensuring that the customers receive a great service. I am also part of

the Quality monitoring team, listening to calls and providing feedback and support to team members

supported my TL by investigating a variety complaints cases by reading detailed documentation,

I have excellent organisational skills as I try to plan objectives and strategies so the store I supervised

performed successfully. I am also very confident in stepping up and delivering important presentations

leading from the front. I have also negotiated with various vendors trying to find the best agreements

possible
