To greet customers, qualify in detail there needs and/or desires in order
to effectively offer Lowes products and services. Also in this position I
would train other associates in feature and benefits of products, teach
them to observe buying signals and aid them in closing the sale. I was also
selected to enter into a 5 week training program for Department Manager.
After completing the course I began to help with managing my department
although it was not required. I offered my services because the department
manager was stretched thin trying to manage other departments as well.

receivables, Accounts payable etc. I managed as many as 25+ employees on
different jobsites and various levels of construction (i.e. painting, tile
installation basement remodeling ect.)

It was during these years that I developed the skills to operate my own
company. I was a freelance worker for a few different companies in various
fields of construction. During these years I would often times be leadman
on the crews, responsible for coordinating the crew to gain the most
productivity while providing a quality finished product.

I WAS STUDING RADIO AND T.V. REPAIR. MY FATHER PASSED AWAY DURING THIS TIME
AND MY FAMILY MOVED TO THE ATLANTA AREA WHERE I BEGAN MY CONSTRUCTION
CAREER.

OVER THE YEARS I HAVE DEVELOPED GOOD PEOPLE SKILLS, I HAVE LEARNED HOW TO
KEEP GOOD CUSTOMERS AND GOOD EMPLOYEES WHICH IS IMPORTANT,BUT IS ALSO
DIFFICULT IN A SERVICE FIELD. I AM SELF MOTIVATED AND A FAST STARTER. AS I
STATED IN MY OBJECTIVE I HAVE THE SKILLS TO MANAGE PERSONNEL, I LEAD BY
EXAMPLE, I DELEGATE TASKS IN ACCORDANCE TO THE CIRCUMSTANCES AND PROVIDE
