Pre-Mobilization Training Assistance and Evaluation Team
Kansas Army National Guard
Salina, KS as a Pre-mobilization Training Assistance and Evaluation element I was part of the Great
Plains Joint Training Center. PTAE offered valuable pre- deployment training for Kansas Army
National Guard personnel. In the past, most soldiers had to spend three months or more at out- of -
state training facilities in preparation for deployments. As part of the PTAE team and the at the
GPJTC made it possible for the bulk of that training to be conducted in Kansas, mostly over regular
monthly drill weekends and two- week annual training periods. This allowed soldiers to spend as
much time as possible with their families and still receive the best possible training available to
Army personnel in order to complete their mission and return home safely. I assisted in weapons
qualifications for all deploying units. I have the ability to analyze
diverse data and formulate into coherent practical operations. I have 24
months of practical knowledge and ability to integrate logistics planning
techniques in functional areas of supply, maintenance, transportation, and
operations.
