CV-19 had taken a severe financial toll on the company purely on economic terms, further compounded by the permanent loss of three department heads due to death or permanent incapacitation.
- Initiated a cadence within the organization to regularly identify and prioritize issues with corresponding action plans.
- Assessed sources for financial distress, root causes, and prospects for remedies.
- Shepherded the organization into a September 20th bankruptcy filing, advising equity interests that this approach was the only viable path forward for all company stakeholders.
