Professional Experience

Raytheon, Carrollton, TX, March 2013- presently

MISSION ASSURANCE QUALITY INSPECTOR - Performed various operational

inspections, including AS9102 First Article Inspections, while adhering to

F.A.A./Aerospace procedures and guidelines for compliance with standards of

conformity. Currently, I'm assigned to the Geographical Dimension &

Tolerance "GDT" Team, where I oversee and facilitate newly Lean Inspection

(Six Sigma) processes using SAP skills, to help maintain a 24 Hr cycle

turn-around time. On a daily basis, I collaborate with a number of

operatives in Logistics, Customer Service, and Engineering to optimize our

QC productivity flow of shipments between three local branches of our "Space

and Airborne Systems" SAS divisions.

As a dedicated team member driven to improving supplier's hardware quality

and compliance, an act that reduced cost across the end-to-end supply chain

by 30%, I have gained upper-level status and have been given the

opportunity to travel and train other operatives, while implementing and

revitalizing existing procedures at other branches.

An active team member of the Space and Airborne System SAS division, I

assist in coordination of Raytheon flight and missile parts, warranty and

SHIPPING QUALITY INSPECTOR

Verified that military and commercial shipments met contract requirements,

while performing data management communication with military DCMA vendors.

Held responsible for interpretations of applied complex engineering

drawings, as they pertain to detailed machine parts and tooling for

commercialization; This included Engineering Orders, Limited Design

Variations, Bell Process Specifications, GD&T, and ISO 9001 standards.

Have extensive knowledge of Military/Commercial Packaging and

marking guideline rules and regulations. Signed FAA 8130-9

and medical staff in order to acquire and maintain accurate

current logs of all patients referred for transplant. I

coordinated both physicians' and patient scheduling, and

hospital admissions. I also provided training to all new

employees to clerical, computer software, and data management

functions of the department, while managing a team of 8

people.
