Responsible for compliance of Environmental
Permits/Regulations, (i.e. NESHAP, NSPS, MACT, CAM, NPDES,
RCRA, SUBTITLE D, SARA and CERCLA.). Responsible for
training/coordination of environmental projects with employees
and/or contractors. Manage Waste Water Treatment System
processing an average 4.5 million gallons per day (including storm
water). Manage beneficial sludge application to farmlands.
Manage the construction and operation of a Class 3N (Industrial)
Landfill. Direct/coordinate consultants in the development of permit
applications, etc. Achieve cost effective environmental compliance
through technology, source reduction, and best management
practices. Responsible for the operation and effectiveness of
Quality Performance in Paper Testing, Wet, and Field labs.
Including QA/QC and Collaborative Reference Program. Maintain

Responsible for two cost centers in the mill. Provide customer

compliance with water, air, and solid waste. Compliance inspections,
coordination of contractors for environmental testing, process control data,

compliance in air, solid waste, and water areas. LDAR Inspections, Cluster
Sampling for Subpart S compliance, MACT Reporting, GHG Reporting, EPA
Method 9 Certified, CEMS Monitoring for lime kiln/caustic area and black
liquor/natural gas fired boiler. Air compliance for smelt stack, biomass boiler,
recovery boiler, lime kiln, and power boiler for the mill. Operation of a 4.5
MGD wastewater treatment plant and help with overseeing a Class III landfill.
I have had to maintain a relationship with ADEQ in several areas. ( i.e; Air
Water and Solid Waste Division) Participated in annual stack testing and
LDAR inspections. Also have been the onsite contact for air, solid waste and
water inspections from ADEQ. Also was inspected by EPA Region 6 SPCC.
