Managed $120M revenue plan with 250+ employees. Directed and provided daily

oversight of multiple operations. This included Capital and Expense budgeting and
management of all products lines and assets across the different sites within the Chart

Approvals Engineering team. Worked directly with the Global Certifying bodies to
acquire and retain approvals for Rosemount products. Products required international
approvals such as UL, FM approvals, Canadian Standards Association, ATEX and IECEx.
• Reduced approval cycle time by over 30% which directly reduced Beta site start ups
times. This was achieved by working directly with international approval bodies and
controlling agencies
