Chart Industries – Plant Facilities and Operations Manager

Managed $120M revenue plan with 250+ employees. Directed and provided daily

oversight of multiple operations. This included Capital and Expense budgeting and

management of all products lines and assets across the different sites within the Chart

Minnesota production areas.

• Planning, Budgeting, Staffing, and Startup for two new facilities

• Routinely reported progress on Cost, Efficiency, Quality and Lead Time expectations

Global Product Approvals Manger

Created the Budgets, Facility plans, Capacity plans and Staffing plans for the Global

Approvals Engineering team. Worked directly with the Global Certifying bodies to

acquire and retain approvals for Rosemount products. Products required international

approvals such as UL, FM approvals, Canadian Standards Association, ATEX and IECEx.

• Reduced approval cycle time by over 30% which directly reduced Beta site start ups

times. This was achieved by working directly with international approval bodies and

controlling agencies

Emerson America’s Quality Assurance Manager

Oversight of the America’s Quality Team. This included employees in 19 primary

operations – Brazil, Boulder CO, Houston TX, and 2 Minnesota sites, Chanhassen and

Eden Prairie and 15 Service Centers

Decreased the overall company cost of quality with focus on scrap and rework, First

Pass Yields, Inspection and Warranty

Initiated, developed and implemented Rosemount Total Quality Experience Program,

including “Total Quality Experience,” “Quality Tools,” “5S+1,” “Six Sigma Yellow
