Employment:
****-****: Senior Recruiter, David Brown International, Seattle, WA
The motivation and purpose in my work with DBI was to foster relationships that allowed people to be
their best-selves. This meant that instead of just finding specific skill-sets and talent, I found symbiotic fit
between clients, candidates, and the work that they accomplish together. This holistic perspective
elevated the client relationship and allowed me to operate as a strategic partner with clients to create
bridges between their design and business needs.
W hile competing with other agency recruiters I was able to collaborate with client hiring managers,
earning trust and approval resulting in succeeding where my competition could not and filling multiple
