Assisted Drivers in locating there Railcars when they came into the Rail yard to load.

Also I loaded the Bulk trailers and Hazmat trailers for outside trucking companies when

they came in.

As trucks came into the Rail Yard to load, my job was to weigh them in on a Certified

Weigh Scale empty and when they were fully loaded. I also was responsible for giving

them there Railcar Loading Form so they can make sure they load out of the right

Railcar. I also worked with the outside trucking companies who would come in and load

out of the Chemical Railcars.

Assign loads in accordance with the availability of Drivers, destination of loads, drivers

experience and qualifications, to assure compliance with policy and all DOT and Safety

Regulations. Worked directly with customers to accept and fill orders. Take orders from

customers and document on a order form, detailing all necessary information including

pick-up/delivery times, equipment needs for the load and any special requirements.

Work daily in Mcleod and Loadmaster, Microsoft office. Maintain daily dispatch sheet.

Also print freight bills, copy directions, document special instructions and assure

necessary equipment.
