Administration Assistant, Nepal Consulate kenya December 2014 to date
• Liaise with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade of the Republic of Kenya, Diplomatic Missions in Nairobi and United Nations Office in Nairobi.
• Assist in processing diplomatic privileges e.g applying for Consular Identity Cards for consular staff, applying for Tax exemptions.
• Maintain contact with the Diplomatic Missions.
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies and verifying receipt of supplies.
