Recruit and Provide medical personnel for temporary, temp to permanent, and permanent

placement positions to various medical and healthcare facilities. Scheduling, recruiting,

interviewing, full hiring process, all human resources, maintaining all files required for each

facility/ office and payroll. Managed a group of other recruiters, delegated job orders and

worked as a team to fulfill all job orders. Also worked for sister company in Marketing and

Advertising on doing all merchant process, managing the customer service department, payroll

Provided medical personnel for temporary and permanent positions to various medical and

healthcare facilities. Provided scheduling, hiring, firing, disciplinary actions for up to 500

employees at a time. Maintained all files, human resources, payroll, billing of insurance for

home care side, and also provided drug screening. Also certified to give and read mantoux’s to

new and existing employees. Also provided support and supplemental staffing to our licensed

and non-licensed home care companies, Home Nursing Services and Angel Corps. Also worked

hands on when clients needed staffing and we could not get staffing in immediately. Provided

medication administration, vitals, charting, monitoring of suicidal patients, fall risks, etc.

Parkview Behavioral Health/ Parkview Hospital (2002-2008) Mental Health Tech
