Checked out and returned tools, toolboxes, PPE and other items used for production floor. Printed folders

and daily schedules for production lines. Provided paperwork needed for production floor associates, team

leaders, front office, trainers, QA or visitors. I ensured that everyone was wearing their PPE and practicing

GMP's before entering production floor. Documented issues with missing and damaged items and notified

QA. Operated multi-line phone, maintained call in log Helped associates with kronos issues (missed punches)

for HR. Emailed daily unreturned items reports, documented issues and communicated regularly with team

leaders, trainers and QA.

Backup line lead for line 5 processing. Ran all processing positions and cross-trained other associates. Dough

sheeter, I kept thickness, width and weight of dough within QA specifications. Depositor operator, I monitored

mix deposits, deposit weights, deposit alignment and consistency and adjusted depositors accordingly. Oven

operator, I monitored hot pockets color using temperature settings in oven and looked for imperfections before

they entered the freezer. Recorded weights of seven samples every five minutes. QA for processing, I retrieved

samples and recorded weights from dough, depositors and the whole hot pocket every ten minutes. Used

SAP to locate and consume materials before use. Was actively involved in the Safety and Quality teams and

initiated the 5S's system in the smock room.

Receiving Checker

Family Dollar Distribution Center - Morehead, KY - 2008 to 2009

Ensured that the count of product unloaded from truck matched the bill of laden. Scanned cases and pallets.

Palletized and wrapped product when needed. Loaded and unloaded trucks using clamp and fork trucks and

pallet jacks both manual and powered. Completed and filed paperwork.

Lab Technician, Machine Operator

Machine operator, ran laminate and film machines, clearing jams, starting, stopping and splicing rolls. Used

over- head crane to move rolls of laminate and film in and out of the machine and on and off pallets. Scanned

and labeled rolls, completed paperwork. Lab technician, tested film and laminate samples (taken every 30

minutes) from production lines using several technical devices (measuring elongation and elasticity) and ovens.

Reported results to team leaders and production lines for adjustments and completed necessary paperwork.

Loaded and unloaded trucks and rail cars using forklifts, clamp trucks and roll trucks. Filled orders, transfers
