assigned HR employee relations for the States of Colorado and Indiana totaling 10 facilities.

planning, investigations, policies and procedures, DOL, legal compliance, etc…
Increased professional environment by implementing dress code, drug-alcohol-tobacco
policies then created processes to aid leaders in holding employees accountable.
Implemented a leadership development program where all new leaders are trained in
company policies; FMLA, ADAAA, Workers Compensation, discipline, and coaching.
Created analytical reports showing turnover rates and root causes using process
improvement techniques. Identified main reason for turnover was due to poor relation-

training courses and decreased turnover by 20 % with a savings of just over $300,000.
