This is new construction production residential where I coordinate and manage the
construction of small to medium sized production homes. Responsibilities include: scheduling
utilizing Dr Horton scheduling matrix, while maintaining quality control, code compliance,
production deadlines, and excellent customer service. Also responsible for OSHA tool box talks,
approval and disapproval of vendor and trade invoices.

This was a 60 room hospitality project located in New Braunfels Tx where I coordinated and
managed the overall construction project utilizing critical path scheduling, while maintaining
budget control and excellent quality. Responsibilities included: subcontractor negotiations,
subcontracts, vendor negotiations, conducting meetings with Client, City Planning / Zoning
Commissions, City Building Officials, Project Architects and Engineers. Also, responsible for
weekly and monthly project progress reports, independent review with approval/disapproval
of subcontractor and vendor invoices, quality control, building code enforcement, OSHA
compliance including “tool box” training, and environmental code compliance.

Construction Production/Operations Manager, 10/2004 to 01/2009
These projects were large new custom residential and historical restorations where I supervised
5 construction managers that coordinated and managed the overall construction of 129 large
homes and 3 large historical restorations. Responsibilities included: plan interpretation, project
estimates to set budgets, job cost reports, proposal development, subcontractor negotiations,
subcontracts, vendor negotiations, conducted meetings with Clients, City Planning
Commissions, Parish Building Officials, Architects and Engineers. Also, responsible for field
supervision of construction managers, production reviews, and hiring. Through examination I
acquired and maintained a Louisiana Contractors License.

This was new construction residential with community expansion and development. I
coordinated and managed the overall construction of medium sized homes as well as managed
the expansion and development of a residential community. Responsibilities included: plan

subcontractors, and vendors to discuss monthly and quarterly production objectives. Produced
weekly projection and progress reports, independent review of subcontractor invoices, utilized
critical path scheduling, maintained budget control, subcontractor negotiations, overall project
coordination, compliance of SWPP’s, OSHA, and environmental codes to include OSHA “tool
box” training.

Hospitality Restoration Superintendent, 11/1996 to 5/1998
This was a historical hotel restoration and remodel in downtown Austin. I was responsible for
plan interpretation with coordination and management of the overall project to include
extensive demolition and custom artistry finishes. Conducted meetings with clients, artisans,
city zoning commission, city permitting office, and building code officials, scheduled
subcontractors and vendors, maintained budget control, performed daily field inspections for
quality control, building code compliance, environmental code compliance, and project
progression reports.
