Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
In direct contact with the Customers and OEMs, my main duties are to
manage Warehouse daily activities ensuring that Supply Chain Support is
affective to meet the contractual agreements with the customer. I also
have to:
• Dedicated for better monitoring and parts sharing worldwide with
Zodiac Aerospace Services Network.
• Supporting the workshop operations and Front Office for a smooth
workflow focused on contractual SPT.
• In charge to monitor and tune the MCA (Material Planning &
Forecasting) tool World Wide shared.
• Responsible for Aircraft spares planning and procurement, Initial
Provisioning, BFE/SPE
• Supplier selection, Aircraft related Projects and MRO-IT system
Implementation.
• Planning and provisioning of Rotable (Capital), Repairable and
Expendable parts required for maintenance according to the customers
forecast.
• Ensure customer forecasts, inventory levels, and vendor orders are
reflected accurately in planning systems, processes, and reports
• Lead teams to design, implement, and/or upgrade supply chain
processes and systems; ensure departmental continuous improvement
• Work with the suppliers to identify Operational, Supply Chain and
Quality constraints while providing value added process improvements to

• Focal point of contact for all the component repairs and their progress
in the workshops.
• Responsible for handling repairs of various components and Retrofits
programs.
• Assist in conducting research and offering clarification for any queries
raised by suppliers, stores and/or other Engineering Sections referring to
various related documents such as Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPC),
Service Bulletins (SBs), Reliability reports, historical data, parts
interchangeability and aircraft affectivity.
• Monitor the shelf life material and ensure that the stock is maintained.
• Ensure that all open orders are closed and reconciled on monthly
basis
• Dispose of all life limited chemical that have expired according to the
aviation standards with full documentations
• Ensure that the buyers only purchase parts and material from the
company’s approved supplier list and within Zodiac Aerospace network.
• Track and monitor the return of repairable items in the specified time
