JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Jobs handled (in Plant):

Carryout inward material inspection of welded joints

Conducted Weld visual inspection and prepared daily welding reports.

Supervision of quality activity in shop floor for fabrication.

Coordinating with Production team for inspection of fabricated and painted items.

Inspect joint Fit-up, diameter, schedule, root gap, internal misalignment, rotation etc.

Dimensional inspection of various structural components as per given drawing standards.

Conducting & coordinating of NDT (PT, MT, UT, and RT) on welded joints as per NDT plan and given

specification.

Radiography testing by using X-ray machine and Isotopes (Iridium, Cobalt).

Perform line checking and check official test pack prior to release of hydro testing by ensuring that all welding

inspections and NDT activities affecting the quality of welds contained in each piping spools of an isometric

have been completed and accepted.

Jobs handled (at Project site):

Responsible directly to the Site Manager for the operations carried out at site.

Conducting tool box meetings with welders for safety as well as quality concepts.

Making pipe line installation progress report and maintaining welders performance records

Inspect and decide all the piping weld joints by NDT testing.

Visual inspection of Fit-ups and alignment of pipes.

Marking the position for different types of valves (Air valve, Gate valve etc.)

Looking out for health and safety of the welders, crane operators and all the workers at site

Maintain the slope of pipe line for un interrupted flow of water by gravity.

Bachelor Of Technology from (TKRCE) Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad in Mechanical

Engineering scoring an aggregate of 70.07%

Diploma in Automobile engineering from Govt. polytechnic minorities, Kurnool, A.P, India
