Job Summary
• Assisting for the daily administrative duties which include compiling up to date daily management
information and reports
• Also responsible for obtaining, assessing, sorting and evaluating data and statutory reports.
• Responsible for receiving and stocking items, and organizing the warehouse
• Responsible for consistent and accurate accounting of all items stored in the warehouse, interfacing
with other department staff to advise of the status of the inventory at all times
• Maintains requisitions and orders manually or in automated systems to track status of purchases and
compile reports
• Inspects deliveries and reconciles invoice against purchase orders checking cost, amount delivered, and
amount ordered; authorizes payment and initiates paperwork to close-out purchase orders
• Conducts monthly inventory of materials, spare parts, tools, and equipments
• Prepares spare parts, filters and all other materials and its Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
• Monitors and reviews inventory levels by physical count, record keeping, and inspection to identify
need for purchasing materials, equipments or supplies
• Prepare all materials and documents needed for back loading of all company properties
• Stores materials, supplies, and equipments according to weight, temperature, size, safety or other
requirements; marks stocks items, shelves, and bins with identifying codes and letters
• Ensure to complete all necessary documentation and legal formalities for receiving and issuance of
items
• Presenting supporting documentation to upper management
