Supervise and Manage total plant operations including liquid receiving, spray drying and blending, packaging

and shipping operations. Implemented new downtime program and inventory control system.

Received a 96% on October SQF Audit. Installed tower dryer and grinding system as a capital build out

program. Designed and contracted to install second blending room and packaging system. Designed third

blending room for planned expansion. Spearheaded USDA approval to run food grade product and run blending

analysis, training and development, quality control, maintenance, warehouse and packing production. Peak

volumes exceeded 1.6 million pounds per week. Receiving over 22 million pounds of liquid solids processing

and drying them into 60 million pounds dried Lactose, WPC and Permeate. Capital Budgets exceeded one

million dollars. Liaison with sales to reduce inventory and plan production requirements to optimize markets.

Set Production records on each dryer within the first six months of managing the operations.
