- Successful relaunch of the watch business in the Damiani portfolio, managing directly the whole project

Bvlgari male watches assortment, significantly increasing the turnover and improving the product image.

- Repositioning of Oro Saiwa biscuit line (the first Italian biscuit), a new concept and related marketing

- Launch of Ginsana Ton: proposal and development of a “local declination” of a global product. Managing

the all the marketing tools, legal issues and supply chain activities. + 10 % on the budget on the first year.

- Project leader for the “complication strategy” of the Company, implementing the roadmap to built a

unique and relevant portfolio targeted to extra affluent customers, using it to leverage the brand image

in the “manufacturer area” through worldwide press and collectors to a wider target

- Product training: designing and giving courses for high end products

Global Marketing Manager: responsible for the “Classic” watches, (2003-2006)

- Team leader for the project “Carbongold”, a new product used as a powerful marketing tool to

increase the product awareness, generate positive “word of mouth” and feed customer database (with

prospect clients), while reaching relevant turnover (20 M€ turnover)

- Responsible for the restyling of “Bvlgari Bvlgari” winning a + 20 % of turnover in the first year and a

continuos growth over the following years.
