Hotel and Water Park Resort - Lusail Waterfront District a 31 storey five star hotel along a beach. Project
consists of 11 townhouses, 68 apartments, 312 guest rooms in addition to restaurants, health club and a
water park. The Total Built Up area is around 54,150sq.m and an estimated construction cost of
$110,000,000
Najma City Center – Doha Project components: Shopping Mall (4-storey/GCA of 111,791 sq.m), Hotels
& Apartments (9-storey/ GCA of 36,502 sq.m); Underground Parking, Total GCA of 304,488 sq.m.

Aspire Park Mall – Doha A 2 storey specialty mall that includes as a focal point a botanical garden that

different climatic zones, a Visitor Center, offices for staff, a public café and lounge for students and

The areas of responsibility:
TECHNICAL
Design criteria for projects and prepare design briefs in coordination with the client and Design Team
Chair meetings with the Client, design team and local Authorities.
Carry out feasibility studies of various options with the Design team.
Coordinate the Design to ensure compliance with client requirements, local codes, with the Design
team.
Ensure all design works carried out by the Design teams, incorporates the Client/Authorities feedback.
Resolve any technical problems faced by the Designers during the project design.
Coordinate specifications, drawings etc. with the Designers in Qatar and/or other offices
MANAGEMENT
Coordinate timely production of Design and documentation works carried out by the Design teams.
Handle all correspondences including reports, technical specifications, and other documents for
submission to Clients/Authorities.
For projects being undertaken by multiple teams, liaise with individual team leaders to coordinate
delivery of services;
Control cost of work in relation to fee.

Project Manager and Senior Architectural Designer (Head of Branch Office Building Design Dept)
As Lead Consultant, coordinated and managed the design process of all design disciplines for:
Doha Grand Park Boutique Hotela five star 3 storey hotel building.The Proposed hotel room keys 110 (of
an average size of 60 square meters minimum). Anticipated amenities include the following: valet parking,
separate VIP entrance, retail, food and beverage outlets, ballroom and meeting spaces, exclusive spa
and wellness center with gym and fitness facility that will cater to the 5-star clientele staying in the hotel.
Total Gross site area approximately = 56,000 sq. m. Total building GFA = 17,000 sq.m.an estimated
construction cost of $70,000,000
Hamad Medical Corporation - Heart Hospital expansion to existing building to provide for additional
facilities for the following departments: Emergency Department, Radiology, Out Patient Department,
Rehabilitation Unit, Recovery Unit, CATH Labs, Coronary Care Unit, Day Care Unit and Cardio – Thoracic
Intensive care Unit.The project consists of addition of some blocks and remodeling of other existing
services . The Total Built Up area is around 55,707 sq.m an estimated construction cost of $190,000,000
Al Emadi Residential Tower - Lusail Marina District a 17 storey high-end residential tower overlooking a
marina. 8 apartments per level with a mix of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom luxury apartments including amenities such
as health club and community lounge.The Total Built Up area is around 65,500sq.m and an estimated
construction cost of $100,000,000
The areas of responsibility undertaken for these project were:
Prepare project briefs, conceptual design of various types of projects and work with other team
members to prepare construction and tender drawings and documents.
