• Lead cross-functional team to successful TS16949 Certification (August 2014).
• In concert with the President of North America, provide Executive management, leadership, and direction to a staff of 13
managers and 465 indirect employees across two state of the art Plastic Injection Molding / Assembly plants (Saline, MI
and Puebla, MX) in the day-to-day activities of Safety, Quality, Engineering, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Purchasing,
and Logistics.
• P&L Management for activities supporting $68M in annual sales as a Tier 1 / Tier 2 automotive supplier to automotive
customers including VW, BMW, Mercedes, JCI, and GM.
• Developed and implemented effective manufacturing strategies which resulted in an astonishing improvement in operating
efficiencies from a low 55% OEE in Q4 2012 to a World Class 85+% in December 2013.

• Directed and provided Operations leadership to cross-functional SDT Manufacturing teams throughout APQP gates to support pre
and mass production product / process validation for the successful launch of various Chrysler platforms including Dodge Ram
(DS), Dodge Dart (PF), Jeep Wrangler (JK), and FORD (B299) while ensuring flawless execution of 0-0-100-30 launch metrics.
• Worked with client launches for 5 plants with high speed assembly lines for seating products for Chrysler.
• Managed and coordinated the development, purchase, and installation of new assembly line processes and equipment to support
successful product launches for global OE JIT operations within the Chrysler Business Unit.

Global Prototype Operations Manager – Ignition Products
• Directed and managed a team of 6 Managers, 14 Engineers, and 68 Production Operators across two facilities in the day-to-day
design, development, and assembly of new prototype and low volume spark plug designs for global OE customer base utilizing
state of the art extrusion, welding, and assembly processes.
• High volume machining operations producing 15,000 parts a day.
• Prioritized daily operations, set weekly goals, and ensured execution of all activities within the Research and Development
Facility, and Assembly Plant to ensure alignment with company global business strategy.
• Managed and approved all departmental purchases including capital equipment purchases with complete P&L responsibility for a
$12.76M annual budget.
• Facilitated meetings with global cross-functional teams to clear APQP gates in support of development, design for manufacturing,
prototype, and pre-production phases.
• Served as liaison between the Sales team and the global manufacturing facilities to manage successful APQP gate
clearances and successful PPAP for numerous OE programs including BMW (B38 / B48), Chrysler (Phoenix / Tigershark),

• Managed constraint operations in the Prototype and Development Labs including CNC, Cold-forming, FISS Assembly, Laser and
Resistance Welding operations.
• Effectively managed resources and prioritized Engineering Work Requests to optimize process flow. The results included
an overall labor productivity improvement of 18.2%.
• Developed a system to establish and communicate standard manufacturing lead times for all classifications of Prototype samples.
