Project Manager- Technology PMO
Managed large customer data migration project for a budget of 4 Million dollars for the Customer Information
Payment Gateway (CIPG) Core Banking Application. This Project involved the migration of 12,000 Corporate Clients
from a legacy Application to a new Application which interfaced with Online Banking – Vendor Application – CIPG
(Backend Data processing). Project functionalities impacted the online application. As a project Manager was
involved in Planning to Closure phase, 20 resources team in matrix organization providing transparency to
stakeholder to Senior Executives (CIO & Senior Line of Business Heads).

In addition, completed the planning for another project - Loan Origination System which will replace two legacy Loan
applications of the bank This project has entered execution phase, vendor based Development completed and
functional testing has begun including defect tracking. Team of 30 resources + vendor team.
Managed two additional initiatives - monitoring and stability application (tools) development work for the Core
Banking application. As a project manager I was involved from initiation to closure phase with a team of 10
resources.

Transparency Program with a budget of $ 6 million .The software application was fully integrated SAS platform –
Cloud based application from the Vendor. This Business Intelligence solution Apptio, - integrated to a Data
