several custom sorting fixtures, testing fixtures and special measurement tools. Created

documentation and trained operators on new processes.

Served on design team that introduced new or enhanced existing designs in the

transmission and interior automotive bearing categories. Performed extensive product

development work based on customer requirements and test results. Assisted in all

aspects of designs including sketches, CAD modeling, testing, and FEA simulations.

Worked on many continuous improvement projects throughout the manufacturing facility

to reduce cycle times, increase reliability, and to reduce scrap.
