Leadership and Support Experience
• Mentored, inspired, and motivated 13+ teenage girls by leading and co-leading 1 and 2 hour sessions weekly
• Lead and trained a therapy group of 15 women ranging in ages 35-60 through the “Celebrate Recovery”
Program (a program for those struggling with addictions in hopes that the graduates might become Sponsors
for other struggling addicts)
• Assisted a Pregnancy Counselor, Adoption Agent, and Director on hospital calls, home visits, and court
appearances by studying the domestic and foreign laws of adoption and integrating them at each practice
Client Development and Marketing Experience
• Assisted 20+ clients as Personal Stylist at Nordstrom by contacting them and inquiring about their clothing
needs. A follow-up appointment would involve an entire fitting room dedicated to complete outfits that
would fit each client’s lifestyle. I would continue my relationship with them by sending thank you notes and
follow-up phone calls ensuring their long-term business with Nordstrom
• Received Customer Service All-Star Award because of my tactical service with customers (personal trade),
sales reports (sales per hour), and consistent achievement of personal sales goals.
