and equipment leasing industries. Responsible for accounting policies and systems, financial
management and reporting (including treasury function), annual budget and financial portion of strategic
planning process. Assist top management in the evaluation of capital expenditures and business
development opportunities. Supervise general accounting personnel and mentor their training and
advancement.
Grew sales from $17 million to $21 million through new services, new account
development, and geographic expansion.
Implemented a budgeting process and strategic planning in conjunction with top
management to achieve 8% cost reduction.
