SOPs for all ICSRs (Individual Case Safety Reports) in order to determine whether there is an

existing case file.

• Review, assess, triage, process and report the adverse event reports according to applicable

regulations, guidelines.

• AE and SAE case processing.

• AE and SAE logging, data entry, tracking, using tracking databases.

• Signal detection and benefit-risk management.

• Expedited reporting according to regulatory requirements.

• Coding medical history, drugs and reported adverse events terms in safety database using

medical dictionaries like MedDRA.

• Good knowledge in case-handle processing: like case receipt, case triage, case processing,

case review and case completion.
