HR & Administration:

• Responsible for the maintenance and housekeeping and smooth functioning of

CEOs and Directors offices.

• Assisted in travel and accommodation arrangements for the CEO, Directors, as

well as the guests/customers/delegates, by follow with the travel agents and the airlines

offices.

organizing for the alternate arrangement in coordination with the concerned HOD during

• Timely preparation of attendance and leave particulars of the employees

presenting them to the Director (HR & Admn) and forward a copy to the accounts after

it’s’ finalization.

• Maintenance of stock of company

• Organizing the weekly review meetings of all the HODS and staff with the

directors and preparing the required documents.

• Coordinating with all the departments in gathering the required details for the

Directors meeting with the important clients/delegates and also for the conferences and

seminars.

• Preparing the Agenda and Minutes of the meetings after gathering the required

information from the concerned departments.

• Coordinating and interacting with corporate customers for their requirements,

Collect data regarding their queries and the essential details, Discuss with respective

Director about the customers requirements, prepare the details/ Project as enquired by the

customers, Get approval from the respective Director, Send details as per the customers

necessities. Coordinate with them regarding visits to our corporate office/visit to their

Office by our Director(s).

Coordination with Franchisees:

• Collect data/request from franchisees, Discuss with Director, Get approval from

the respective Director, if request is for company brochures/documents then coordinate

the respective departments for sending them the requisite documents and organizational

information.
