Hales Corners, Wisconsin 53130 Cell: 414-***-****
OBJECTIVE: To obtain an executive level management position with a focus on
corporate strategy, business development, marketing and sales; a
position offering challenges and opportunities.
EXPERIENCE:
2006 - current SCHUSTER PRODUCTS, LLC - Milwaukee, Wisconsin
PRESIDENT - Co-founded the company as a consumer product supplier, with
a variety of products in different categories. New company was founded
after getting out of the manufacturing side of the business, after the
sale of a former company created and co-founded by Steve Schuster.
This company relied exclusively on outsourcing, and primarily imported
related goods, rather than manufacturing products themselves. Due to
more stricter requirements placed on consumer product suppliers based
on "category management", as well as challenges faced by retailers due
to recessionary pressures, focus on business was placed more heavily on
distributor network, rather than major retail base. Company has
established quickly a national distribution network, as well as a
growing base of retailers which are able to provide profitable sales.
Company is being sold to a partner and outside investor. Company has
been experiencing rapid growth as of late, with some large new
contracts with national accounts.
